We redesigned all emails to align with the company design guidelines and lift CTR performance via clear information hierarchy layout, better text contrast, more intuitive call to action placements and a overall cleaner look.

We tested new copy 
to lift up open rates and CTR with more direct language and implementation of AI generated variable text fields for a more dynamic experience for the readers.

CLM Strategy & Personalization
During a deep dive database audit, we segmented all subscribers into a hierarchy of engagement based buckets, used to build user specific send frequencies and messaging. This resulted in a 70% reduction of the total email sending cost and increased overall revenue per send (RPS).

CRO & Gamification
All emails was improved in layout and artwork to secure a better CTR and ROI.

We also developed tactics for a perpetual discount campaign model via different gamification concepts to retain customers without devaluating the brand via publicly announced discount campaigns.

Educational Content
We ensured that new customers was properly introduced to the product impact, properties and different use cases via articles different styles of articles both in email to and on-site.

We also launched a testimonial film production campaign featuring 12 interviews with existing customers.
